Job Summary
Supervise department heads and team members through weekly meetings, standups, and consistent orientation training. Direct the management team in goal setting, individual development, and strategic initiatives while preparing the annual operating budget and managing program variances. Work closely with residents, families, and responsible parties to ensure communication, satisfaction, and issue resolution. Maintain confidentiality of records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including DSHS, OSHA, and safety guidelines. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, tours, and open houses to support community objectives.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Licensed Assisted Living Director/LALD, RCFE, or equivalent designation (dependent on state/local guidelines for role)
- Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility (IL/AL/MC/CCRC)
- Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test
- May occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
