Job Summary
Perform assembly activities via trained procedures and work instructions for Outboard Engine build processes, including prepping long block, dressing ancillary components, and assembling gear sets, transmissions, and automotive differentials. Disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems correctly while utilizing various assembly tools and measuring devices. Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with plant safety rules and attend required company meetings and training. Execute repetitive processes to meet production schedules with a quality mindset and sense of urgency.

- Can disassemble a mechanical system & reassemble it correctly
- Engine assembly experience
- Gear set assembly, transmission and automotive differential experience
- Experience using various assembly tools & measuring devices
Desired Qualifications
- 2-year technical school training
- 1-5 years of experience in related field
- Working knowledge of LSS, ISO, & Safety methodologies
