Merciv - Senior DevOps Engineer, Platform Infrastructure

Senior DevOps Engineer for Platform Infrastructure responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt). You will design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, own production reliability, set up observability with SLI/SLOs, and lead incident response. You will implement and champion GitOps workflows, build SOC 2/GDPR-compliant infrastructure with IAM and secrets management, optimize cloud costs, and create developer tooling to accelerate engineering workflows. The role requires 4–7+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years in hands-on DevOps/infrastructure, 4+ years managing production AWS infrastructure, 2+ years of production Kubernetes experience (EKS preferred), proficiency with Terraform/Terragrunt, strong Python/Bash scripting, and experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
