Job Summary
Merciv is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer for its AI Platform. You’ll own features end-to-end across the stack (backend in Go/Python, frontend in React/TypeScript), design APIs and data models, and craft service architectures to support agentic AI capabilities. You’ll build interfaces that translate enterprise data into clear workflows, collaborate with ML/AI engineers to bring AI features to production, and own the full lifecycle from scoping to deployment. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to understand real-world needs and contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience as Merciv scales. Requires 3+ years of full-stack experience, proficiency in TypeScript/React and Go or Python, cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred), and a product-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering experience with meaningful work across frontend and backend
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React and at least one of Go or Python
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern deployment practices
- Ability to own the full lifecycle: scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration
- Experience designing APIs, data models, and service architectures to support AI capabilities
- Experience collaborating with ML/AI engineers to bring AI-driven features to production
- Strong product instincts and user-centric thinking
- Ability to translate vague problems into shipped features
