Merchants Inside Sales Account Executive

Job Summary
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of SME merchants through regular outbound outreach, monitoring activity and satisfaction to improve usage and retention. Proactively identify dormant merchants to execute reactivation plans while promoting participation in campaigns and resolving low-complexity issues. Simultaneously identify and engage new potential merchants within defined segments, qualifying leads and ensuring compliant onboarding. Utilize Salesforce CRM to track KPIs, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records across the full cycle. Collaborate with marketing for lead campaigns and share insights with Product and Customer Success to enhance features.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in Acquiring B2B POS, account management, or customer service
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in the local language
- Hybrid working environment
- Occasional travel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in hybrid sales roles or SME portfolios
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable managing both farming and targeted acquisition activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages
- Fluency in the local language and English (for local country leadership and management roles)
