Job Summary
Merchant Support Associate will manage delinquent merchant accounts, investigate issues, negotiate payment arrangements, and document interactions to support resolution and recovery. The role involves communicating with merchants via phone, email, and text, analyzing account activity and agreements to identify issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns, and providing compliant, customer-focused solutions in an in-office setting based in Sandy, UT or Sioux Falls, SD. You’ll develop skills in account resolution, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration within a financial services environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and predictable hours. Required Qualifications
