Job Summary
Handle merchant aftersales including transaction and settlement validation, reconciliation, and ad hoc requests. Identify process gaps affecting transaction acceptance and settlements, then collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and reduce handling time through automation. Monitor non-BAU issues impacting processing and respond to merchant concerns within two business days. Work with initiative and minimal supervision to drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- preferably with Business course
- At least 2 years work experience related to operations and/or aftersales handling
Desired Qualifications
- Interested in developing knowledge of the Fintech/Payment Acceptance industry
- Familiarity with MS Office Apps particularly Microsoft Excel
