Job Summary
Merchant Support Analyst role focusing on onboarding, KYC (Onfido) and payments with global customer support responsibilities. You will manage incoming queries, provide prompt, empathetic service across channels, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate with Account Managers, Risk, Operations, Management and Compliance. Requires 1-2 years in fintech customer service, a Bachelor's Degree, and ability to handle multiple tasks with a proactive, high-integrity mindset. Hybrid work setup in Cape Town with flexible hours and opportunities to engage with global clients; expected to build product knowledge from a customer perspective and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years experience in the customer service industry ideally within fintech
- experience in onboarding, KYC, payments and customer service
- able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- time management and problem-solving abilities
