Job Summary
Vice President, Merchant Services Product team role focused on central coordination of the product portfolio, governance, and executive-ready insights. Responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, tracking priorities and timelines, monitoring execution of initiatives, and driving accountability across cross-functional stakeholders. Develop leadership operating cadences, coordinate inputs and action tracking, partner with engineering and platform teams for prioritization, collaborate with finance on forecasting and budgeting, monitor performance against plans to identify risks and opportunities, develop business cases with scenario analysis, and create executive-ready materials to support alignment and decision-making. Strong emphasis on executive communication, storytelling, and the ability to simplify complex topics; requires advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in business management, product operations, financial planning, or a related role
- Experience supporting product or technology-driven organizations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a cross-functional environment
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience creating presentations for senior leadership
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
