Job Summary
Merchant Services Business Manager – Senior Associate responsible for building and maintaining recurring/ad-hoc reporting, performing deep-dive analyses, and preparing executive reporting and presentations to inform strategic decisions for the SMB Payments portfolio. Collaborates with finance, project managers, and business managers to guide investment planning, budgeting, monthly reviews, OKRs, and special projects. Proficiency in Excel and Alteryx for data organization and insight distillation; capable of delivering concise, executive-ready materials and influencing across matrixed teams. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and uphold risk awareness across deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to craft a clear narrative and translate complex qualitative and quantitative insights into concise executive materials
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to handle large datasets and derive decision-ready insights; knowledge of or interest in learning Alteryx
- Demonstrated project and time management skills with strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across large, matrixed teams; build trusted relationships and influence at multiple levels; partner with leadership to implement business solutions
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently; adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes
