Job Summary
Lead growth in JPMorgan Chase's merchant services by identifying new business opportunities within a defined San Francisco territory, building a robust client pipeline, developing sector-specific sales strategies, and delivering tailored merchant services solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, customer support) to ensure successful service delivery, maintain relationships with Treasury Services and banking partners, stay informed on government-sector payment processing trends and regulatory changes, and prepare compelling proposals, RFPs, and presentations to articulate the value proposition. Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or equivalent work-related experience
- Proven track record of success in business development and exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of payment processing solutions and merchant services products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external partners
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
