Merchant Services Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end customer due diligence and make sound merchant application decisions based on credit checks and quality analysis. Provision acquiring services in the system while maintaining knowledge of scheme rules, settlement, and charge-back processes. Process and resolve credit and merchant service issues raised through tickets, ensuring timely completion. Monitor existing accounts to verify adherence to application terms and assist enterprise customers with custom reporting and analysis. Perform credit and ID checks to assess risk and compliance for merchant applications. Work full-time in a hybrid model with mandatory office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience with banking /merchant services
- Bachelor's degree in finance, fintech, or related field
- Can work full-time
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer services skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Hybrid work (currently following hybrid work model; mandatory 3 days' work from office Monday, Tuesday, and Friday)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AML/KYC ideal but not mandatory
