Job Summary
Lead consultative sales engagements in Healthcare Payments by originating opportunities, shaping deal strategy, and positioning tailored solutions that solve customer needs. Define and configure optimal solutions addressing clients' objectives while serving as a subject matter expert on product capabilities and industry trends. Drive sales execution across pricing, pipeline planning, and account management, upskilling the team through training and collateral development. Proactively source new opportunities, uncover pain points, and shepherd requests through the sales cycle to close deals. Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill treasury and banking client needs, translating business requirements into implementation-ready scope. Manage a dozen projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience leading and influencing outcomes in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to solve complex client problems and drive successful deal outcomes
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
- Proven success with strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across a multitude of scenarios
- Travel required up to 25%
