Merchant Representative (Inbound) - Sports Locations

Job Summary
Convince inbound leads to join the BFNL/Workit merchant network and manage the full partner onboarding process, including negotiating commercial terms, aligning documentation, and ensuring system integration. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless merchant experience while achieving monthly targets for new merchant onboarding, activation rates, and network growth. Report on partner pipeline, performance metrics, and market insights to identify upsell opportunities, and participate in periodic partner visits and sales campaigns to strengthen the merchant network. This role supports local market adaptation for corporate clients and venue partners within the Epassi group's unified mobile platform.
Required Qualifications

- Understanding of how fitness venues operate
