Merchant Payment Services Market Manager - Orange County

Market Manager responsible for business development and merchant sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment (revenues under $2.5M). Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, execute targeted merchant sales strategies and campaigns, report on activity toward objectives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners. This role operates remotely but requires frequent travel within the assigned Orange County districts. Ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, knowledge of payment processing and merchant services, experience with Salesforce and POS systems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 2–3 years of relevant sales experience are preferred.
