Job Summary
Market Manager for Merchant Payment Services will develop a pipeline of opportunities under $2.5M in revenue, prospect and manage accounts, execute targeted merchant sales strategies and campaigns, report progress toward objectives, and build strong relationships with bank partners. The role is local to Monterey, CA, operates remotely with frequent travel within the assigned district, and is an individual contributor sales position focused on the small business and branch banking segment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 2–3 years of sales experience, with deep knowledge of payment processing and merchant services, and proficiency with Salesforce and POS systems. Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills are essential.
