Job Summary

Senior Manager – Online Merchant Partnerships to drive growth through strategic merchant partnerships for Paytm UPI. Lead merchant acquisition, onboarding, and end-to-end partnership execution, including sourcing, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and joint business plans. Manage strategic accounts, deepen existing partnerships with co-marketing initiatives and commercial constructs, and build relationships with CXOs, founders, and product teams. Own key business metrics such as transactions, market share, user growth, retention, and profitability while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Legal. Located in Noida (Uttar Pradesh), India.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, Growth, or Category Management
  • Proven track record of acquiring and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Strong ability to balance hunting and farming responsibilities
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers
  • First-principles problem solver with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred
