Job Summary
Lead the Merchant Operations for Thailand team, overseeing performance management, coaching, and development; manage merchant onboarding and KYC review to ensure regulatory and policy compliance; coordinate with local/global stakeholders for smooth onboarding and activation, drive process improvements and automation (AI, admin dashboards), track key metrics and SLAs, act as escalation point for complex cases, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Partnerships to optimize onboarding/activation and launch new markets. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, analytical mindset, and experience in payments/fintech operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Communications, or Computer Science/IT
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, Merchant Onboarding or similar
- Professional fluency in English and Thai
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools
- Plus: fintech/banking operations experience or prior client account openings
