Job Summary
Prepare, test hardware such as POS systems, kiosks, printers, and tablets for deployment, then assist with on-site installation and configuration at client locations. Perform troubleshooting on hardware and system issues during and post-deployment while coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary resources. Manage inventory, maintain documentation, and support daily operational workflows to ensure business continuity. This hands-on IT Operational Support Intern role offers exposure to real-world client projects and operational logistics within EPOS, a leading POS digital solutions provider in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
