Job Summary
Conduct merchant onboarding by executing KYC processes within SLA targets and ensuring payment methods are configured via backend systems. Coordinate verification processes with merchants through phone or email, manage internal trackers for pending cases, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate data entry and document collection while ensuring all procedures comply with established SOPs. Requires 1-2 years of operations experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
