Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Operations Excellence for GrabMart based onsite in Jakarta. Responsible for monitoring merchants' operations performance, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing short-term and long-term solutions with cross-functional stakeholders. Will lead merchant engagement plans to ensure merchants are well engaged and educated, and will serve as the bridge between the product team and merchants for adopting newly developed products. Will troubleshoot on-ground operational issues, including merchants' API connections and Merchant App devices. Requires 5+ years of data interpretation experience, proficiency with analytical tools (PowerBI/Tableau/SQL), team management experience, collaboration across teams, and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset. Experience in e-Commerce or e-Groceries is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience interpreting data to draw insights
- Experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools
- Experience managing a team
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders from different teams
- Strategic approach and ability to create long-term, sustainable solutions
- Can-do mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Experience in e-Commerce or e-Groceries (added value)
