Job Summary
Onboard venues onto the Wolt platform and ensure an optimal, speedy process at all times. Build relationships with venue partners, guide them through the onboarding journey, and train them on using our systems while keeping them updated on new features. Conduct frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure our portfolio meets the highest service standards. Develop venue partners and their businesses by utilizing collected user data. Manage the menu platform by maintaining accurate text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand. Assist the onboarding team with urgent cases and share best practices across the team. This entry-level role requires excellent interpersonal skills, structured detail-orientation, and strong communication in Bulgarian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented
- Self-starter, logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bulgarian
- Good knowledge of English

- Experience in customer support, administration or office management roles
