Job Summary
Support merchant onboarding by reaching out via email and phone to key merchants, clarifying TTS requirements, and resolving workflow bottlenecks. Manage Governance and Experience (GNE) matters by collecting issues, coordinating with the GNE team and Account Managers, defining solutions, and drafting corrective action reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchant, Product, Marketing, and Content to gather project requirements, handle priority SKU submissions, and consolidate process, product, and data issues to drive continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in internet/e-commerce, retail, merchant/product/content operations, project management, or governance and experience-related roles
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Basic data analysis skills
- Proficient in system tools
- Proficient in SQL-based integrated data tools
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong internal communication and collaboration skills
- Capable of handling crossfunctional communication with PM, operations, and business teams
