Job Summary
Merchandiser II for Nike Inline Stores in EMEA. Lead end-to-end assortment processes for a defined category, adapting global frameworks for 22 Nike-owned stores across the region. Build door-level assortments, manage in-season trading, and prepare product assortments for store openings. Collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Consumer Merchandising, and Field teams to deliver aligned in-season execution. Leverage consumer and sales insights to influence assortment decisions and drive store-level performance. Requires hands-on merchandising/buying experience, strong Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint), and ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Relocation not offered; applications open until 19h of June.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail merchandising or buying, including hands-on involvement in assortment planning and in-season management
- Cross-functional collaboration across planning and visual merchandising teams
- Understanding of retail KPIs such as productivity, sell-through, and conversion rate
- Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint; Tableau or similar data visualization tools a plus
- Experience contributing to store openings, assortment curation, or product/collection launches
- Ability to translate consumer and sales insights into actionable assortment decisions at store level
