Job Summary
Lead merchandising strategy for Crate & Barrel/CB2 product categories with a focus on optimizing store and online assortment to maximize sales and margins. Develop and execute overall product assortment plans, guide pricing levels and architecture, and drive SKU productivity. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate trends and business opportunities into actionable assortment decisions, provide development and coaching for direct reports, and analyze sales, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy. Role is on-site in Northbrook, IL (Monday-Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. Requires 7+ years of retail merchandising experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
