Job Summary
Review and validate submitted merchant KYB/KYC documentation by verifying required data points using internal tools and systems. Manage cases, accurately document validation outcomes, and record decisions in internal Ops tools. Identify and escalate unclear, incomplete, or suspicious cases to internal teams while ensuring all tasks align with defined procedures and quality standards. This role ensures accurate and compliant verification to support efficient onboarding and risk management processes, maintaining data integrity and operational quality. Required Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Analytical, responsible, reliable, and proactive problem-solving
- Team-oriented, open to feedback, and willing to learn
- Cultural awareness and respect for diversity
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of contact center experience preferred
- Degree in social sciences with linguistic focus is a plus
