Job Summary
Merchant Activation Specialist at Alma responsible for deploying Retail Networks through efficient project management and impactful training for small to mid-market accounts in France, Italy, and/or Spain; identify training needs and develop tailored training plans with brands; act as the voice of in-store staff by gathering product feedback from end users; continuously enhance training formats and programs while achieving activation KPIs and SLA; collaborate across functions to optimize activation journeys.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in account onboarding, retail, or account management in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French, English, Italian, and/or Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing posture
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and operationally excellent
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic, curious, pedagogical, and user-oriented
- Humble, action-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
