Job Summary
Acquire and manage our network of merchant partners across South Africa, identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and delivering value through end-to-end sales — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure. Onboard and train merchants to maximize platform usage, coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding, monitor merchant performance and engagement, support tactical campaigns, and report progress against KPIs to drive retention and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own transport.
