Job Summary
Merchant Account Manager for maternity cover in London (hybrid role). You will manage and grow merchant accounts within our Client Success team, building strong relationships with strategic clients, driving revenue growth through account management and upselling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include evangelising Skimlinks/Connexity benefits for merchants and partners, developing optimization strategies across editorial, shopping, cashback, and influencers, presenting full-funnel insights to merchants, tracking KPIs and program ROI, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic recommendations, running proactive optimization campaigns with Publisher/Operations teams, cross-selling new traffic sources, conducting competitive benchmarking, negotiating exclusive rates, attending industry events, and nurturing merchant relationships across UK/EMEA. Requirements include account management or business development experience, knowledge of online marketing channels (performance, display, PPC, SEO), understanding CPC/CPA KPIs, BNPL/influencer marketing familiarity, technical aptitude to work with software teams, strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive, growth-focused mindset, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Be present at the London office minimum three times per week.
