Job Summary
Merchant Account Manager for GrabFood in Singapore. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential GrabFood merchants, manage a portfolio to grow profitability, GMV, and delivery volumes, and develop and execute strategies to increase merchant sales across GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress. Analyze merchant performance data to create actionable growth plans, address feedback, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product improvements for merchants.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years account management experience
- ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- experience in account management or business development
