Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
