Lead a team to execute superior visual merchandising and store presentation, drive sales and key metrics, manage floor sets, signage, planograms, and pricing updates, assist with receiving, onboarding, and associate development, and collaborate with omni, operations, and selling teams to meet store objectives and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include training teammates, planning labor, maintaining equipment and back-of-house organization, and delivering excellent customer service while adapting to changing business needs.
Required Qualifications
