Job Summary
Lead the merchandising team in executing product presentations, floor sets, and signage to ensure alignment with visual merchandising directives and brand standards. Drive store objectives by planning weekly leadership workloads, communicating daily goals, and adjusting tactics based on updated forecasts. Guide associates through inbound deliveries, sale sets, and price changes while maintaining equipment and back-of-house organization. Support in-store customer experience, stock replenishment, and asset protection initiatives across all store areas. Participate in onboarding and teaching opportunities to enhance team performance and foster a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull receiving equipment weighing up to 500 lbs
- Ability to carry props, measure, climb ladders, and assemble visual elements/ hang signage at heights
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
