Supervise and monitor an assigned geographic region at various Falcon Farms customers' points of sale, evaluating merchandiser performance and auditing store displays. Prioritize daily routines based on business needs, covering merchandiser absences and assigning resources as required. Analyze region and store-specific data to propose courses of action that improve business profitability while liaising with HR to ensure staffing compliance. Engage with customer store management teams to strengthen representation and lead holiday merchandise teams during peak seasons. Spend approximately 80% of time in the field, driving to stores to check product and maintain a strong relationship with floral buyers. Train and provide ongoing feedback to the merchandising team, ensuring proper upkeep and personal presentation. Work a flexible schedule, including variable hours during floral holidays, with the ability to stand and lift up to 20 lbs.
