Job Summary
The Merchandising Stylist Support role focuses on styling and product coordination to bring seasonal narratives to life. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating outfitting boards and styling stories for line reviews and visual direction, collaborating with buyers, planners, and visual marketing to ensure trend-relevant styling that aligns with merchandising strategy, preparing styling assets and callouts with internal teams, attending meetings to provide styling input, conducting trend research, and managing samples for internal presentations and campaigns. The role also covers organizing samples for reviews, maintaining an efficient photoshoot space, overseeing seasonal updates and returns, supporting fit sessions with note-taking, and contributing to general operations with strong customer service and teamwork. Education must include a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in related fields; candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational ability, proficiency with productivity tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of retail assortments and seasonal buying cycles, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- One to two years of experience in retail, buying, merchandising, or styling support or related experience and/or training
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
