Job Summary
Restock shelves, cold boxes, and distribution points with Red Bull products, ensuring items are rotated, front-facing, and aligned with brand standards. Maintain adequate backstock levels while delivering and installing cold equipment as directed by management. Build relationships with store personnel and support third-party merchandisers to ensure consistent execution across assigned accounts. Submit task completion surveys with before-and-after photos to verify accountability. Assist with onboarding new team members and uphold brand representation through professionalism. Requires a valid DOT, driver's license, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily. Includes 401k match, health benefits, and incentive commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Current driver's license with clean driving record
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily
- Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis
- Prolonged periods of sitting while driving
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
- Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions
- Must have a valid DOT
- Must have reliable transportation in good working condition and be willing to use it daily for business-related travel
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
- Preferred prior sales experience
