Merchandising Specialist

Merchandising Specialist responsible for restocking shelves and cold boxes with Red Bull products in grocery and mass accounts, ensuring proper rotation, front-facing display, and adherence to brand standards for maximum visibility. Works with presell and delivery teams to build strong relationships with store personnel, trains and supports third-party merchandisers (e.g., Trax) to ensure consistent execution, and participates in onboarding new merchandisers. Duties include maintaining backstock levels, delivering and installing cold equipment, submitting task completion surveys with before-and-after photos, and upholding brand appearance with clean, operational equipment. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, a valid DOT-driven driver’s license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to perform in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with physical tasks such as lifting and walking.
