Job Summary
Merchandising Specialist will keep front sales floor/showroom area stocked, fronted, and clean; complete sales preparations; greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or directing to a parts specialist if needed; manage stock checks, pricing, stock updates, and display adjustments to align with company guidelines and planograms; update price labels, maintain sale materials, assist with weekly inventory and merchandising tasks, and occasionally serve as cashier or handle deliveries when needed (driving record must meet eligibility). Desirable skills include bilingual ability (Spanish), stocking experience, and fluency with office basics; the role emphasizes teamwork and a professional showroom presence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Previous stocking experience (desirable)
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (desirable)
