Job Summary
Merchandising Specialist will stock and front the showroom, assist customers in locating merchandise, update planograms and price labels, and maintain display presentation. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with stock adjustments and weekly merchandising tasks, occasional cashier duties or driving deliveries when needed, and supporting store-wide shows of O'Reilly Image Maker guidelines. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; fluency in Spanish is highly desired. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team; driving eligibility requirements must be met for delivery assignments.
