Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary
Merchandising Specialist responsibilities include keeping front sales floor/showroom stocked, fronted, and clean; performing sales preparations; assisting customers, directing them to parts specialists when needed; updating displays and planograms; changing price labels and signage; performing stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; assisting with weekly inventory and merchandising tasks with the store team; and occasionally serving as a cashier or driving a delivery vehicle when business needs require it. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, with Spanish highly desired. Qualifications emphasize strong organizational skills, ability to read/write and match numbers/letters, basic computer skills, and the ability to work well in a team. A driving record meeting company eligibility and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle are required.
