Job Summary
Complete invoices, process returns, and receive replenishment shipments while maintaining store stock and event displays. Conduct inventory checks, prepare and ship orders, and organize the warehouse to ensure product is easily located. Support Will Call operations, stock the sales floor, and assist in the physical inventory process. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while demonstrating exceptional service for internal and external customers. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires the ability to lift up to seventy-five pounds and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or merchandising experience
- Forklift experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organization, time-management and basic math skills
- Previous customer service experience
