Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service Lead

Job Summary
Engage with customers when opportunity arises and support merchandising tasks including executing Lowe’s customer service policies, building vendor relationships, and ensuring merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specifications. Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, loading merchandise; communicating project priorities and needs with Merchandising Service team and Manager; updating signage and wayfinding; maintaining planograms, price and color blocks; ensuring displays are safe, functional, and compliant with POS and safety standards; operating power equipment as needed; documenting completion details for service tasks; and supporting housekeeping and security practices while assisting with inventory, pricing, and display maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Live nursery experience or General Merchandising experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
