Job Summary
Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe’s responsible for customer service during store-wide merchandising tasks, executing planograms and merchandise resets, collaborating with Merchandising Service team to communicate priorities and resource needs, engaging customers to assist with locating and selecting merchandise, maintaining signage and product positioning, rotating stock and ensuring displays are safe and compliant, and operating power equipment as needed to support plant and display maintenance. Requires experience with planograms, merchandising tasks, and basic customer interaction; benefits include comprehensive health and lifestyle programs. Location: Dedham, MA (ON-SITE).
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Live nursery experience or General Merchandising experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
