Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service Lead

Job Summary
Execute daily plant service tasks including emptying plant racks, resetting merchandise by planogram, and adjusting fixtures using power equipment like lifts and order pickers. Engage with customers to locate, demonstrate, and load merchandise while addressing questions regarding stock, special orders, and warranty information. Maintain store safety and cleanliness by inspecting displays for damage, removing debris, securing aisles, and reporting maintenance issues such as lighting failures. Document all service completions with photographs and upload details to confirm task execution. Detect security risks and communicate them promptly to management.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Live nursery experience or General Merchandising experience
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Lowe's sales floor experience
- 6 Months Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
