Job Summary
Empty plant racks onto tables, restock by planogram, and manage signage updates while collaborating with vendors and the Merchandising Service team. Assist customers by locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise, then address inquiries regarding stock, special orders, and warranty information. Operate power equipment like lifts and order pickers to adjust fixtures and rotate stock, ensuring displays remain safe and compliant with housekeeping standards. Execute service maintenance tasks, repair damaged packaging, and manage trash removal, all while monitoring for security risks and communicating issues to the Outside Garden Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Live nursery experience or General Merchandising experience
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Lowe's sales floor experience
- 6 Months Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
