Merchandising Sample Coordinator

Organize and manage samples across multiple seasons, maintaining inventory in the merchandise room and facilitating check-out/check-in systems for cross-functional teams. Coordinate dates for key meetings and photoshoots, ensuring accurate style numbers, colors, and fits are documented in books and shot lists. Provide delivery orders for styleouts, track late SMS, and create CAD pages for lookbooks and category pages under tight timelines. Assist in assembling outfits for presentations and managing sample handovers from product development to merchandising. Create visual seasonal tools to guide teams and handle adds/drops on existing CADs. Travel required for on-site photoshoots to verify outfits and manage models.
