Merchandising Route Driver

Job Summary
Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations and drive to transport food to client locations. Deliver, load, and unload products as requested, placing stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers. Ensure refrigeration of cold food products in the truck and at accounts, oversee ordering of merchandise and inventory control, and collect unsold or stale merchandise. Collect money from machines, communicate positively with customers, and perform routine maintenance and sanitation. Manage the care of the company vehicle. Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and DOT physical. Full-time role with competitive compensation, health benefits, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
- Ability to pass the DOT Physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members
- Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently
