Merchandising Route Driver

Job Summary
Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations and drive to transport goods to client sites. Deliver, load, and unload merchandise as requested, placing stock on shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers. Maintain refrigeration standards for cold products, oversee ordering and inventory control, and collect unsold or stale items. Handle cash and coin collections from machines while performing routine maintenance and sanitation. Manage vehicle care and communicate positively with customers. Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license, pass a DOT physical, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
- Ability to pass the DOT Physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members
- Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently
