Job Summary
Merchandising Representative responsible for deploying Celsius brand displays and signage, stocking shelves, placing POS materials, coordinating product demos, and expanding distribution across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience channels in the assigned New York market. The role requires calling on target accounts, maintaining brand standards on shelves and coolers, and reporting activity through the Celsius sales app. Must manage 15–20 account calls per day, support store openings and resets, and collaborate with the territory manager. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a personal vehicle with company allowance, and the ability to work a full-time 40-hour week (Wednesday–Sunday) in-field. Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential; prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of retail/merchandising experience (prior merchandising experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own vehicle with company allowance
- Ability to work 40 hours/week (Wed–Sun scheduling)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel within assigned market
- Living in the county area of the role
