Job Summary
Merchandising Representative in Aurora, IL, responsible for marketing Celsius products across distribution channels by creating floor displays/signage and scheduling in-store demos. Duties include call on target accounts, selling in PDQs and end-cap placements, stocking shelves and merchandised spaces, reporting sales leads to the Territory/Regional Manager, expanding product distribution with store guidance, supporting store openings and resets, taking photos for weekly reporting, conducting demos upon request, maintaining an organized list of target accounts, performing 15-20 account calls per day, submitting weekly logs (including mileage), and using the Celsius sales app for tracking. Schedule includes a 40-hour week (Wednesday–Sunday) with field-based presence in the assigned market; a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising (merchandising experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week (Wednesday–Sunday)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Must reside in the local county area
